PRIVACY NO LEGALESE MAZE

Privacy, in plain language.

Short version: we collect an email if you hand us one, a message if you send one, and nothing sneaky in the background. Here's the whole picture.

What we collect, and when

You only give us data through three forms — and each one asks for the minimum:

  • Newsletter (Signals). Your email address, so we can send news, schedule updates, and on-sale alerts.
  • Ticket alerts. Your email address, plus which event markets you picked, so on-sale news for your city reaches you first.
  • Contact form. Your name, email, chosen topic, and message, so the team can read it and reply.

Browsing is measured — which pages, which events, roughly where from — and you can turn that off below and stay off. Nothing identifies you by name, no account exists, no login, and no purchase runs through this site today.

What we do with it

  • Send you the emails you signed up for — and nothing else.
  • Reply to your message if you wrote to us.
  • Segment ticket alerts by the markets you chose, so Denver fans hear about Denver.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell your email address or your message to anyone.
  • We don't hide it when we measure — the switch below is real, and it sticks.
  • We don't ask forms for more than they need — no birthdays, no phone numbers, no addresses.

Race registration happens elsewhere

When you register to race, you leave this site for our registration platform at secure.tracksideprereg.com. Payment and racer details you enter there are handled under that platform's own privacy terms — this site never sees them.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Tag Manager to measure which events people look at, so we know where to run next. It starts when the page does — we don't interrupt you to ask, and we don't pretend a banner is a choice when the only button is Accept.

The choice is here instead, and it sticks on this device:

Changed your mind? Ask me instead.

Email you can leave

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link. Use it and you're off the list — no hoops, no "are you sure" gauntlet.

Your data, your call

Want your email removed from our lists, or a message you sent deleted? Use the contact form and tell us — we'll handle it and confirm.

Changes to this page

If our data handling changes — new forms, new tools, ticketing going live — this page changes with it, and the "last updated" date above moves.
